VOQA believes it is our responsibility to support the community and fight against social injustices. We are committed to choosing the right organisations to support. For our Animal Kingdom Collection we give 1% of our sales profits from any set to Big Life Foundation. Our team would love to hear your feedback. We strive to make your experience with VOQA great, in the unfortunate case that you’re not satisfied with your new items, you can return them within our 21-days return policy. These 21-days return policy starts after you’ve received your item.
We will not be able to accept returns if the items condition has been damaged/tampered with after its state of delivery. Single items within a box set can’t be returned separately; the whole box set must be returned.
